Hi

I've looked at shop05.nordicdemo.dk/index.php?option=co...eneral&Itemid=46

You are placing the code in an article that is within the same category. That is why you are having problems. the hit count is ridiculously high becasue the server was getting trapped in a loop!

Make a new category called FAQIndex or something. Then have an article in that category with your plugin code and it should work fine.

I'm afraid I don't have time to write more detailed instruction at the moment.

You can't have mulitple categories within the same sliders/tabs at the moment. You would have to place code for each category like I have done on the FAQ page here.

Thanks!

But how do you place code for each category as here? Is it just a matter of having one article for each Category containing all the FAQ text?

If yes then I finally have seen the light

If you have 3 FAQ categories called one, two and three; a module position four.

Make a category called General. Make an article in the General category called FAQs. In that article place the following text:

FAQs One
{faqslider}one{/faqslider}

FAQs Two
{faqslider tabs}one{/faqslider}

FAQs Three
{faqslider sliders}three{/faqslider}

FAQs Four
{faqslider mod/tabs}four{/faqslider}

Then make a menu item displaying the article FAQs from the General category. What you will see will be:

FAQs One
Articles from category one in default display.

FAQs Two
Articles from category two in tabs display.

FAQs Three
Articles from category three in sliders display.

FAQs Four
Modules from position four in tabs display.

Is that enough?

Thanks again, I'll try that approach. Great help, put in your description/howto or readme document. I'll go vote for it in the Extension Gallery.

The plugin no longer increments the hit count from version 0.6.
