The parameters are being applied correctly - the rest of your articles have never been modified so they don't have a last modified date! I will make a change in a future release so that the created date is used if no modified date is set.

Scratch that - 0.9beta8 is installed on your site. Modified the layout to not insert a blank table if a non-editing user is viewing the articles. Also fixed to show the created date if no modified date. Enjoy!
